Appointments are being conducted VIRTUALLY using the Spruce Health App. If you are a current patient and have not received your invitation to join Portland Family Wellness on Spruce Health, please contact the practice before your next scheduled appointment. If you are scheduled to be seen in person, please remember face masks are still required.

We are conveniently located on NW Marshall Street between 24th and 25th avenues in NW Portland. There are two parking lots adjacent to the building for parking during your appointment time, available on a first-come-first-serve basis. There is also street parking. Our office is located in Suite 14, which can be accessed by going through the interior courtyard of the building. Please have a seat in the waiting room when you arrive and we will be with you at your appointment time.
